To our friends and Guests.  This home was purchased in October 2017 and has undergone a full update and remodel inside and out.  We have furnished our home with all new furnishings and the following pictures were updated June 2019.

Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and is 864 Square feet with all of the amenities for four guests.  We are not beach front but have a nice ocean view and beach access within 3 blocks.

Our Happy Place is available for rental with a four person maximum occupancy, two night minimum stay, and a $90.00 cleaning fee per rental period.  Summer rates are $225.00 per night and winter rates are $150.00 per night.  No pets or children please.

For our guests convenience we have installed electronic door entry which allows us to enter a 4 digit code for you to use during your stay.  You will press the Schlag button then enter your code and the door will unlock.  inside there is a knob to lock and unlock the door.  When leaving simply press the Schlag button and the door will lock.

Exterior security lighting will assist if you are entering after dark.

The heating system can be controlled manually or by Wifi allowing us to program it to be nice and cozy when you arrive if the weather gets cold.

There is not an air conditioner but we have installed screen doors on the front and back doors allowing the cool ocean air to keep the house nice and cool.

The fireplace has a wall mount control and the fan should be turned on any time the fireplace is in use.

There is a universal remote for the TV and DVD player with instructions at the house.

During the remodel all of the steps were removed from our home allowing easy access to all areas of the house.
